About
Welcome 2 home is made up of two equal partners; James Tutty and John Carter, of whom have very different roles, responsibilities and experience.
James Tutty
James began involved in 2000 when he purchased his own home and later purchased several more until 2015 where he began a construction project which was completed in 2017. Since then, James has not looked back and am currently in the process of a commercial conversion and refurbishment of a block of flats in Leicestershire.
John Carter
John has an extensive background in the building trade and has been involved in a huge range of different projects. Coming in with great experience of construction, John works perfectly with James by providing that insight and knowledge.
Running several projects at one time is one of Johns core skills and loves going on site multiple times a week to chat with the guys and check the progress of the project.
